Groups Take on High Ward 8 Unemployment Rate

The unemployment rate in Ward 8 far surpasses the rest of D.C., but a few groups are trying to change that.

The District Dynamos believe the DC Public Libraries can be another source to help our youth, young adults, and adults learn how to read and write, get training, and find jobs. But for some reason, DCPL doesn't seem to want to include that in their mission.
