It's one of the few beneficiaries of today's brutal economic climate: the public library. More people are using D.C. libraries than ever before, yet the city is being forced to scale back library services because of a budget shortfall. We'll learn more about the recession's impact, and hear more about the flurry of new construction being planned for the libraries in the next few years.
