Video: Council Hearing on Best Practices for Public-Private Partnerships

Kwame Brown, At-Large DC CouncilmemberThis hearing, chaired by Councilmember Kwame Brown, was held on November 1, 2007 in Room 500 of the Wilson Building.

First invited to speak were corporate representatives who in many ways were requesting the same things most of the other witnesses testified to including a transparent and competitive bidding process and pre-development community input.
