On February 25, 2010, the DC Council Committee on Libraries held a performance oversight hearing with regard to DC's Public Libraries.
DC Public Library officials were in attendance and testified, see part two. They include Chief Librarian Ginnie Cooper and Capital Construction Manager Jeff Bonvechio.
