Since DC Public Library leadership has been a bit lazy in getting your feedback regarding the proposed expansion of the Mount Pleasant Library, the Ward One Library Coalition is stepping in to help.
There are two surveys you can complete.
1) The one embedded into the page below is brief and will get your feedback on a major decision we face now -- do we look at trying to expand Ward One library services to another location in addition to the services in the Mount Pleasant branch or do we put all of our eggs in one basket and spend 8+ million dollars expanding the historic Mount Pleasant building. 2) Another survey put together by W1-LC participant, The Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Alliance (MPNA), is a bit more involved with detailed questions. This one is very good to get your overall feedback on the current proposed Mount Pleasant Library building expansion plans. MPNA Survey Here
